What is a Cat Café?
A Cat Café is a cozy, welcoming space where guests can enjoy the company of cats while enjoying items from our café menu. Our mission is to provide a loving, enriching environment for rescued and adoptable cats, offering them a safe haven and greater visibility to potential
forever homes.
Why is there an admission fee?
Admission fees help us maintain a safe, nurturing environment and provide essential care for both our adoptable and resident cats. If you are only ordering from our café menu for takeout, you do not need to pay the admission fee. By visiting, you are directly supporting our efforts to help these cats find loving homes and enjoy a high quality of life.
Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge.
Do you have an age limit?
Guests of all ages are welcome! For everyone’s safety, we require that all minors (age 17 and under) be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while in the Cat Room.
Do you accept walk-ins?
While we gladly welcome walk-ins when space is available, we strongly recommend making a reservation to ensure your preferred visit date and time. Our cat lounge has limited capacity to ensure a positive experience for both guests and cats.
Can I bring my own cat?
For the safety and comfort of our resident cats, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. We strive to maintain a stress-free environment for our cats, and outside animals may disrupt that balance. Don’t worry—we have plenty of friendly cats for you to cuddle and interact with!
Are all the cats adoptable?
Some of our cats are permanent residents and part of our family, while others are available for adoption. Please feel free to ask a staff member about which cats are currently adoptable.
Can I host a special event at the Cat Café?
Absolutely! We welcome events such as birthday parties, workshops, and even yoga sessions. Please contact us for more information and to make arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule or cancel your visit for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.
Thinking About Adopting a Cat?
All of our cats—except for our beloved resident hosts, Sunny and Winter—are looking for their forever homes! The best way to begin the adoption process is to visit us in person and spend some time with the cats. We encourage you and your family to interact with the ones you’re interested in to find the perfect match. Please understand that we may not know every detail about a cat’s past, as many come to us through rescue organizations and animal shelters. What we do know is their current personality and behavior, which helps us guide you toward a great fit.
At Paradise Cat Café, we’re dedicated to making thoughtful matches between cats and families to ensure long-lasting, happy bonds. Every adoptable cat here has been spayed or neutered, received age appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea prevention, and has been microchipped for
safety. Please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member for more information about the adoption process—we’re happy to help!
